Step 1:
Login to your billing account at http://order.cwcs.co.uk/billing/index.php
Click "Account" as highlighted in the image below and then click "Login"
Step 2:
Once you have logged in select "Domains" and then "My Domains" as highlighted in the image below:
Step 3:
You will now see all the domains associated with your account, click "Manage Domain" against the domain you want to edit the DNS for:
Step 4:
Click the "DNS Manager" link
Step 5:
Depending on the domain already having DNS you will see the following screen, if no DNS exists you will see the screen in Step 5(a):

If no DNS exists you will see the following screen:
In this section you need to enter in the IP address the domains hosting is configured against and click create, you will then see the same page as shown in Step 5.
Step 6:
To add a new record you need to use the "Add" section and enter in the required details.
The fields would be entered in the format:
<subdomain>.<domain.tld> | Record Type | Destination | Priority (only relevant for MX Records) | TTL (Time To Live)
Example of what some records would like when being added:
A record:
test.cwcs-example.co.uk | A | 127.0.0.1 | 0 | 86400
Other records would look like:
CNAME:
test.cwcs-example.co.uk | CNAME | www.example.com | 0 | 86400
MX:
cwcs-example.co.uk | MX | mail.cwcs-example.co.uk. | 10 | 86400
The first field needs to be left as the domain (followed by a full stop).
SRV:
If you require an SRV record please contact the support department.
TTL - The TTL time should be left at the default value 86400
