How to set a different email signature per-account on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap the "Settings" icon.
- Find "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" or on older Apple devices "Mail"
- Find and tap on "Signature"
- Tap on "Per Account"
- Tap at the end of the existing signature.
- Remove or edit the text to your new signature.
- When you are happy with your new signature tap on "Mail" at the top left.
Your new signature will automatically save and appear at the bottom of all outgoing email.
