To create an FTP account in Plesk, please do the following:
1. Log into Plesk
2. Select the domain you would like to FTP to
3. Click the "Websites and Domains" tab
4. Click on "FTP Access"
5. In here you can update the details for an existing user by clicking on a user from the list or ou can click on "Create additional FTP account"
6. Creating a new account requires a username, a password and the default directory (or root directory).
7. Click ok to save the new user.
You can now log in with this new user.
