The NHS and Government have standard recommendations for the general public to reduce the likelihood and transmission of the Coronavirus. As part of the Government four stage plan (Contain, Delay, Research and Mitigate) all off our functions are prepared to continue the support to our customers during any of these stages.

We are committed to support all employees and customers throughout the uncertainty of this viral outbreak. We are continuously evaluating the developing situation and following Governmental and NHS guidelines, whilst ensuring we continue to deliver the services required to our customers.

Some key points regarding our continued support:

  • We can still operate effectively in any isolation phase to ensure the smooth running of all our business functions, and we already have some staff working remotely as a precaution.
  • There may be some slight short-term response delays as expected in any major illness outbreak that reduces the number of staff that are too ill to work either from home or in normal office conditions.
  • For anyone requiring a site visit, such as colocation customers, we have put provisions in place. Prior to the visit you will be asked three questions, and when on site you will need to follow our hygiene controls. If you require more information please contact the support team.
  • To assist with colocation customers and to limit the need for a site visit, for a period of time, we are offering the use of our remote keyboard video and mouse (KVM) device free of charge (subject to availability). If any work can be undertaken using our remote hands service, this would be preferred. Please let us know if this is required via a support ticket and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
  • As part of our ISO 27001 processes we already have business continuity controls in place. These controls, which includes remote working access policies, allow us to confidently continue to provide the level of service your business requires.

We will continuously review the Coronavirus situation and update you with any further developments.
