When can I upgrade?

If you find your business needs have outgrown your current hosting solution it is usually possible for you to upgrade at any time. Please contact the sales team or your Account Manager who will be able to assist with a personalised upgrade plan.

Where can I find my contract terms?

If you have signed a fixed term agreement, a copy of this will be emailed to you at the start of your service, and an updated copy whenever you renew thereafter. Please file this in a safe and secure place. If for any reason you find you no longer have a copy of this, please contact Customer Service who can provide you with a PDF copy.

How do I contact my Account Manager?

Depending on the level of service you have it is possible that you have a dedicated Account Manager at CWCS. You should have already been provided with their direct contact details. If for any reason you have not, they can be reached on the usual number of 0115 740 1234.

I’ve had a notification that my domain/SSL is about to expire. What should I do?

Check your domain in the Client Area by going to Domains>My Domains. This will list all domains you have purchased through CWCS and will also show you if you have “Auto Renew” switched on or off. If this is on, and you have up to date payment detailed stored with us, then you can rest assured that this will be renewed automatically for you, and the email you have received is simply an automatic reminder. If you have this function turned off, please contact our billing team on 0115 70 1234 who will be able to assist further.

In the case of an SSL certificate, unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel this, it will usually be renewed automatically for you. If you are at all unsure, please contact the billing team on 0115 740 1234.

I’d like to refer someone else to you. What should I do?

In the first instance, please contact your Account Manager directly for information on joining our Partner Programme if you are thinking of referring others to us.
